Terms of Service
The responsibilities and conditions that apply when you use the Aora website and customer support workspace.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Service provider and these terms
Aora AI is operated by MILLAB SDN. BHD., registered in Malaysia under Registration No. 202401038526 (1584373-D). These terms apply to our public website and workspace services.
By using Aora, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business or organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A separate written agreement with us takes precedence to the extent that it expressly differs from these terms.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and only access workspaces you are authorized to use. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing staff access and the messaging accounts connected to their workspace.
Do not share access with unauthorized people. Notify us promptly if you suspect compromised credentials or unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.
3. Service scope and availability
Aora provides tools for organizing customer conversations, customer context and team follow-up, with AI-assisted features where available. Features and supported integrations may depend on your plan, configuration and the availability of third-party services.
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your team must review drafts and decide what to send. Aora does not guarantee particular business results, message delivery, platform verification or approval by Meta or any other provider.
We aim to maintain a reliable service, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party outages. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed response time. Any paid plan, fees or additional service commitments will be described in the applicable offer or agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
Use Aora lawfully and only connect accounts, upload content or contact recipients where you have the necessary rights and permissions. You remain responsible for your customer communications, required notices or consent, and compliance with the policies of connected messaging platforms.
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited messages.
- Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the service to compromise another system.
5. Your content and data
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service and to carry out your authorized instructions. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed. Requests to delete data can be made using our Data Deletion Instructions. Deletion may require identity or authority verification and may be subject to lawful retention requirements.
The business operating a workspace remains responsible for its own handling of customer data. Keep independent copies of records your business needs; do not rely on Aora as your only archive.
6. Third-party services
Connected messaging platforms and providers supporting hosting, storage or AI assistance operate under their own terms and policies. You must comply with the terms applicable to the accounts and integrations you use.
Their availability, permissions, restrictions and technical behavior may change. Aora does not control third-party decisions or guarantee that an integration will always remain available. These terms do not grant you rights to any third-party brand or imply an endorsement by that provider.
7. Changes, suspension and ending use
We may change features or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, material breaches of these terms or provider restrictions. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain significant restrictions and the steps available to resolve them.
You may stop using Aora and contact us about account closure. Ending use does not automatically delete all records; deletion requests follow the instructions linked above and any applicable agreement or retention requirements.
8. Service limitations and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be free of every error or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost business opportunities or profits. Responsibility for other losses is subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. These limitations do not excuse us from obligations imposed by applicable law.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
